Evelyne Clark Eng is a freelance writer and pastry cook from San Diego, California. She has an English Lit degree from McGill and a pastry diploma from a pretentious culinary school in Rome. She loves making freaky ice cream flavours, drinking Crodino with prosecco, and listening to The Weather Station (the band). It's been awhile, but she also really, really loves riding her bicycle.
